What to Confirm Before an Engine Ships

A repair shop with a forklift and scheduled receiving hours is different from a small property without unloading equipment.

Confirm the ship-to address, contact name, phone number, receiving hours, and whether liftgate service or terminal pickup is needed. Inspect the shipment at delivery for visible damage before signing off. If there is damage, document it immediately with notes and photos.
